    Coconut oil

    Entains vitamin E, whose antioxidant properties protect the skin against premature ageing, and lauric acid, which has antimicrobial properties.

    Turmeric root

    It has an antimicrobial effect and also has an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, decongestant, wound-healing and circulation-promoting effect.

    Licorice root extract

    Has an antimicrobial and antiviral effect and is also anti-inflammatory and a strong antioxidant. Also has a skin-caring and skin-smoothing effect and is helpful against itching.

    Olive oil

    Has a skin-caring and circulation-promoting effect and is also anti-inflammatory.

    Castor oil

    Has an anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effect. It also contains a lot of vitamin E, which has an antioxidant effect.

    From what age is the use of the soap recommended?

    The soap is suitable for all age groups.

    What should I look out for when using the soap?

    The pH value of the soap is deliberately alkaline in order to achieve an effective anti-microbial effect in combination with the antimicrobial ingredients. Therefore, make sure that as little soap lather as possible gets into your eyes.

    How greasy is the soap?

    The excess fat content of the soap is 5.5 %.

    Is DR HERMANS Medical Soap perfumed?

    The soap does not contain any artificial fragrances, but does contain essential oils as active ingredients.

    When should I ideally use the soap to help combat acne?

    For acne, a light peeling with fine dead sea salt twice a week, followed by application of the soap, is recommended. A slight burning sensation on the skin is normal.

    Our shipping partner is DPD. From an order value of 40 euros we deliver free of charge. If the order value is less than 40 euros, we charge 4.90 euros for packaging and shipping within Germany.

    DELIVERY DURATION

    If the order is received before 12 noon on working days, we usually ship the same day from our dispatch warehouse in Germany.

    After that, delivery is in the hands of DHL and can arrive the very next day, but usually takes 2-3 days within Germany and 3-4 days to all other EU countries.

    When used regularly, the Medical Soap from Dr. Hermans Natural Dermatology acts like a bioprotective barrier and can thus protect against the transmission of diseases.

    Recommendations for moisturizing the skin

    By adding natural oils and plant extracts, our soap also provides the skin with essential and moisturizing building blocks.

    However, not all skin is exactly the same in terms of lipid replenishment processes. For example, hormonal conditions or the number of sebaceous glands can vary.

    It is therefore advisable to use additional moisturizing care products after using the soap, depending on your skin type and personal preferences.
